INGREDIENTS
For 7 to 8 waffles :
– 250g plain yogurt
– 200g flour
– 20g sugar
– 20g vanilla sugar
– 1 egg yolk
– 100g egg white (3/4 whites)
PREPARATION
– Whisk the egg yolk with the sugars to whiten it.
– Add the yogurts and mix (you can add the flavoring of your choice at this point).
– Pour in the sifted flour, mix to obtain a fairly consistent homogeneous dough.
– in another bowl whisk the egg whites until they become stiff. Add a small amount to the previous mixture, and whisk vigorously to relax and soften the preparation. Add the rest of the whites delicately with a spatula in several times.
– Cook the waffles in a hot waffle iron (4min ). However, they may need to be cooked a little longer, so don’t hesitate to extend it: the waffles must be crispy and especially not soft. –
– Can be eaten warm
