INGREDIENTS
- 3 tsp tarragon
- 200 g mushrooms
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 2 tsp fresh cream
- Pepper
- 3 shallots
- Parsley
- 3 chicken breasts
- Salt
- 2 tsp mustard
- ½ cup water
PREPARATION METHOD
- Peel and finely chop the shallots.
- Clean the mushrooms and slice them thinly.
- Heat oil in a large skillet, sauté the shallots, then add the mushrooms and cook for a few minutes.
- Dissolve the bouillon cube in ½ cup of water and pour into the skillet. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
- In a separate pan, brown the chicken on all sides, then add the chicken to the mushroom mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper, and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Carefully remove the chicken from the skillet and place it onto a serving platter.
- In the cooking juice, add the cream, mustard, and tarragon. Let the sauce thicken.
- Pour the creamy sauce over the chicken and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
The creamy chicken with mushrooms is now ready to serve!
