INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tsp tarragon
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 2 tsp fresh cream
  • Pepper
  • 3 shallots
  • Parsley
  • 3 chicken breasts
  • Salt
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • ½ cup water

PREPARATION METHOD

  1. Peel and finely chop the shallots.
  2. Clean the mushrooms and slice them thinly.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet, sauté the shallots, then add the mushrooms and cook for a few minutes.
  4. Dissolve the bouillon cube in ½ cup of water and pour into the skillet. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. In a separate pan, brown the chicken on all sides, then add the chicken to the mushroom mixture.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, and cook for another 10 minutes.
  7. Carefully remove the chicken from the skillet and place it onto a serving platter.
  8. In the cooking juice, add the cream, mustard, and tarragon. Let the sauce thicken.
  9. Pour the creamy sauce over the chicken and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

The creamy chicken with mushrooms is now ready to serve!
